How Does RideStat Work?
We’re here to make mobility easier and more convenient for you and your loved ones. Transport may be scheduled by filling out our online form, or by calling us directly. In addition to your starting and destination addresses, we will note your pickup time and time for a return trip (if applicable). Your Medical Transport Concierge will communicate with you on the day of transport to notify you of their impending arrival. In some cases, once you have arrived at your destination your Medical Transport Concierge may need to leave to handle another transport, but in many cases they will be able to stay close by, waiting to take you back home. In either instance, you will never be subject to waiting long for your return trip.
