Do you take insurance?
We are currently working on the credentialing process with various insurance carriers. If you would like to add your specific insurance company, please click the button below to send us a message.
What are your operating hours?
Our business hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, but we can potentially accommodate rides outside of these hours with advanced notification.
Is it a shared ride service or private?
All rides are in private cars, so that we may focus on each individual customer and provide the appropriate level of care.
How far in advance must I book my ride?
It’s never too early to book! While we are able to accommodate same-day requests if we have availability, we encourage customers to book as far in advance as they can to ensure we can fit the appointment on our schedule.
Can I make a regularly scheduled, standing appointment?
Yes! Please call us so that we may discuss how to best accommodate regular appointments, as well as special pricing for such cases.
